CBIB 123 - New Testament History Term Offered: Fall, Spring, Summer A survey of the New Testament in historical sequence, beginning with the Inter-Biblical period and continuing to the close of the New Testament. At the appropriate point, the epistles and Revelation are considered in historical perspective. Attention is given to the distinctive characteristics of the Gospels, parables, epistles, and apocalyptic literature. This course meets part of the baccalaureate degree requirement in Humanities.
