SMKT 533 - Sport Entrepreneurship Semester Hours: Three This course is intended to provide the student insight into the integration of entrepreneurship and sport, building on often-distinct research from both fields, and exploring the innovation, risk-taking, and pro-activeness that connect them. Students will be introduced to examining the entrepreneurial nature of sport from numerous perspectives, including marketing, broadcasting, sponsorship, and social entrepreneurship and feature examples of organizations, associations, and sport-related products from the US, Australia, Europe, and India.
