CRPO 463 - Constitutional Law II Semester Hours: Three Constitutional Law II presents a comprehensive overview of the United States Constitution but places significant emphasis on racial equality and criminal justice. This course will be an in-depth analysis of the First, Second, Ninth and Tenth Amendments of the United States Constitution with an emphasis on the First Amendment guarantees of religious liberty, freedom of speech, freedom of press, and freedom of association. Other topics discussed will be gender equality, abortion, gay rights, and other social issues important to current society. Term Offered: Spring, Even Years
