CPHI 483/583 - Philosophy of Religion Semester Hours: Three This course introduces the salient issues in philosophy of religion: Reason and faith, atheism and theism, evil and suffering, religious language, Biblical authority, and conflicting religious claims. The student is expected to shape personal beliefs/approaches in these areas and apply them both inside and outside the Christian Community. Undergraduate prerequisite(s): CBIB 113, CBIB 123, and RPHI 213 or consent of Instructor. Students taking this course for graduate credit must complete all graduate course requirements.
