SCED 5153 - Advanced Human Development Semester Hours: Three This course provides an overview of the human lifespan from conception through death, including prominent theories of human development. Emphasis will be placed on normal development during childhood, adolescence, and adulthood. Issues involving physical changes, cognitive capabilities, psychological factors, and the social context of development will be studied and discussed. This course cannot be taken as a directed study or credit for prior learning portfolio. Term Offered: Summer
