EDUC 373 - Technology and Instructional Media
Term Offered: Fall, Spring, Summer
Semester Hours: Three
With a focus on the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) Standards for Educators and Students, this course provides an overview of the issues and trends in instructional technology. How these factors impact purpose, selection, design, production, implementation, and evaluation of instructional media will be explored through the lesson planning process as students learn to meet multiple instructional goals and the needs of diverse learners. Ethical standards and legal issues in the use of technology and media will be explored.
