BUSN 310 - Professional Development III - Servant Leadership & Career Launch Capstone

This capstone, in the Professional Development series, advances students’ leadership identity and market readiness through Biblical servant leadership principles, advanced interview skills, and executive-level business etiquette. Students synthesize their Professional Development learning into a polished professional portfolio that showcases competencies, experiences, and evidence of impact. The course culminates in a capstone interview and portfolio defense aligned with employer expectations and career goals.
Note: This is a Robert W. Plaster College of Business & Entrepreneurship gateway course: A grade of CR is required for this course with the opportunity to repeat the course once to achieve the minimum grade. This course is required to graduate for all Robert W. Plaster College of Business & Entrepreneurship majors. A fee is charged for this course.
