LIBR 563 - Library Services for Children and Youth Semester Hours: Three This course is a study of the history, philosophy, and description of programming for children from Pre-School through 12th grade. Special attention is given to planning, implementing, and evaluating summer reading services, reading incentive programs, outreach services, and related trends and issues in order to meet the many needs of diverse learners.
