KHSC 413/513 - Exercise Testing and Prescription for Special Populations Term Offered: Fall, Spring This course provides the basic principles of testing and training for normal health individuals and for those with chronic disease. Prominent focus is placed on understanding the framework for determining functional capacity and developing appropriate exercise programming to optimize functional capacity in persons with chronic diseases and/or disabilities. Note: Students taking this course for graduate credit must complete all graduate course requirement and be senior standing. Semester Hours: Three
