MGMT 353 - Production and Operations Management Term Offered: Fall This course introduces students to the concepts and methods employed in production and operations management. Specific topics include forecasting, product and service design, capacity planning, facility location selection and layout, quality control, and inventory management. Problems and case studies may be used to reinforce the application of the tools and techniques learned. Semester Hours: Three
