NRSG 403 - Professional Nursing Concepts II Term Offered: Fourth Semester This course provides an assimilation of professional identity, leadership, and health care policy within the broader health care system. Learners build upon concepts and exemplars introduced in Professional Nursing Concepts I. Concepts addressed in this course include communication, health care organizations, health policy, leadership, patient-centered care, teamwork and collaboration, professional identity, clinical judgment.
