NRSG 423 - Spirituality and Diversity in Healthcare Term Offered: Third Semester Semester Hours: Three Spirituality and diversity will be examined from a Christ-centered perspective. Learners will examine the role of spirituality in patient care for clients of multicultural backgrounds across the lifespan. Students will integrate concepts from general education courses to foster critical and ethical thinking from a Christian perspective. Students will develop competencies related to varying attitudes, values, and beliefs based on culture, religion, spirituality, age, ethnicity, race, and vulnerable populations. Prerequisite(s): Completion of first year BSN courses. Corequisite(s): NRSG 474 , NRSG 433 , NRSG 412 , NRSG 443 , and NRSG 453
