BUSN 463 - Business Strategy and Competition
Term Offered: Fall, Spring
Semester Hours: Three
This course builds on the ideas developed during the undergraduate program to provide perspective that creating a sustainable business strategy can make an organization - large or small - competitive proof. The course develops the art of using game theory and relevant case study to integrate the major learning outcomes to understand and implement a series of increasingly complex strategic interactions that are faced at various managerial levels within a firm. Students must engage in all activity.
Note: This course will not be accepted in transfer from another institution and cannot be taken through Directed Study. The Peregrine program assessment in this course is required to be taken before the grade for this course will be released and before graduating. There are course fees in this course.
Prerequisite(s): ACCT 213 , ACCT 223 , BUSN 353 , BUSN 363 , ECON 113 , ECON 123 , and MRKT 313 (Healthcare Management majors only may use the following prerequisites: ACCT 213 , ACCT 223 , BUSN 353 , HCMG 313 , and HCMG 323 ).
