KACT 101F - Fitness Theory and Practice Semester Hours: One The course is designed to help the student achieve a pattern of healthy living which will translate into a healthy lifestyle. Activity will include samples of exercises in the health-related aspect areas of physical fitness, with an emphasis on aerobic conditioning. Proper strength, flexibility, body composition, nutrition, and stress-reduction techniques will also be covered. Term Offered: Fall, Spring, Summer
