MATH 243 - Probability and Statistics Semester Hours: Three This course includes descriptive and inferential statistics, data summarization methods, concepts of probability theory, random variables and their mathematic expectations, discrete and continuous probability distributions, sampling theory, confidence intervals, tests of hypotheses, and simple linear regression.
