EXSC 483/583 - Principles of Human Performance Semester Hours: Three This course examines the advanced methods and techniques associated with the design of strength and conditioning programs to enhance human performance in sport and fitness. This course is designed to further develop the student’s current level of knowledge in preparation for the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Strength and Conditioning (CSCS) certification exam. Undergraduate prerequisites: EXSC 313 , EXSC 321 , and EXSC 323 . Students taking this course for graduate credit must complete all graduate course requirements. Note: There is a special fee charged for this course.
