THDA 203 - Dance Pedagogy I

Pedagogy I will analyze the part of teaching preschool and elementary level ballet and tap. Students will study class structure and management, age-appropriate teaching methods for each level, the importance of music theory in dance instruction, and how to create effective warm-ups and dismissals.
